Mind Your Manners

Mind Your Manners Manners are something we are taught at a very young age and it’s something that is carried with us throughout life.  Although often as simple as your mother reminding you to say “Please” and “Thank You,” in the business world, it is also very important that we always practice good manners.     Some good business manners I follow are:
  • Always be polite to everyone – especially to your customers
  • Always use proper salutations and be respectful
  • Always return phone calls and emails promptly
  • Never raise your voice or use foul language
  • Always respect your customer’s privacy, in our business it’s the law

Revolutionary Riders

You may ask what makes Independence Bank Revolutionary... One thing that makes us Revolutionary is the way we go to battle. Once our cause has been established, we go at it with brute force and in a way that no one else would. In late September, we decided that our cause was to fight cancer and the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life would be our beneficiary.
